My profile combines economic and social sciences with a strong background on information and communication technologies.I am a graduate economist with knowledge and expertise  in (geo) information and communication technologies. I have a MSc degree from ITC - Twente University on Geo Information Management and Land Administration.

I have researched on e governance and e government issues, including citizen participation, e procurement and e taxation in south and meso american countries.

I am presently working on several topics. Mostly e government and Spatial Data Infrastructures institutional development. Im also interested on Geomarketing, census cartography and quality of living topics. The core of my research is focused in designing and testing methodologies for a better Governance.

I am interested in working on institutional  governance topics using information and communication technologies.
